By accessing or using the App, its associated website (www.superstarapp.in), or any related services (collectively, the "Services"), you ("you" or "User") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). Creators can earn through tips, subscriptions, ad revenue sharing, and other features. We take a 30% fee on net revenue (after applicable taxes and fees). Earnings are calculated monthly and payable once your balance reaches INR 800 (or equivalent). Payouts are processed via integrated processors (e.g., Stripe, PayPal) to your verified bank account or wallet. You are responsible for taxes on earnings. We reserve the right to withhold payments for suspected fraud or violations.

6. Intellectual Property

The App and Services, including all text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by us or our licensors and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part without our written consent.

7. Third-Party Services

The Services may integrate with third-party tools (e.g., payment processors, analytics). Your use of these is governed by their terms, and we are not liable for their performance or data handling.

8. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation. • Subscriptions:
  • New users have a 48-hour cooling-off period for full refunds on auto-renewals.
  • Cancellations take effect at the end of the billing cycle; no prorated refunds.
  • Refunds for billing errors (e.g., double charges) processed within 7-10 business days.
• Creator Earnings: Non-refundable; once paid out, transactions are final. Disputed earnings are handled via our support process, not refunds.
